Disbursements including search fees
As disbursements for the cost of searches on your property, may vary from client to client, we will work with you to give you an estimate of the search fees and other disbursements which will relevant to your particular transaction. All search fees associated with the purchase of your property are passed on to you at cost.
Stamp duty on the purchase of your property is payable to the Victorian Government through the State Revenue Office. The amount of the stamp duty payable will vary according the purchase price; whether you are eligible for an exemption; or if you are an Australian resident or overseas buyer. We will calculate the amount of stamp duty payable on the purchase of the property and process the paperwork and documents required.
Overseas or non-Australian Residents wishing to purchase property
